Dr. Yissell Delvalle, MD, FASAM is a double board-certified physician in psychiatry and addiction medicine, specializing in mental health services for conditions such as depression, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and addiction. She obtained her medical degree from UMDNJ–Rutgers Medical School in Newark, New Jersey, and completed her residency training in psychiatry at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in New York City. Graduating summa cum laude from Rutgers University with a focus on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Dr. Delvalle has also received advanced training in Hormone Replacement Therapy under Dr. Rachel Rubin and is certified in peptide therapy through the International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA). As a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. With extensive experience in general psychiatry, addiction medicine, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychopharmacology, Dr. Delvalle provides comprehensive, individualized mental health services, particularly for patients who have not responded to traditional treatments. Her clinical work involves addressing treatment-resistant depression using advanced therapies like TMS and Spravato (esketamine), alongside managing substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, and complex psychiatric conditions. Dr. Omayra Ortiz is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and Board Certified Geriatric Psychiatrist who graduated from Universidad Central Del Caribe Medical School in Puerto Rico. She has specialized in Geriatric Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Cornell) and completed her Psychiatry Residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. With expertise in General Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Individual Psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology, she also provides mental health services that address various needs, including aspects of addiction medicine.

This Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Health Nurse Practitioner graduated from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a specialization in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and from Pace University in New York, New York, as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, holding a Master's and Doctorate in Psychology from California Coast University with a focus on Clinical Administration, their background highlights include working at New York University Langone Medical Center, where they managed pain within addiction medicine and co-occurring disorders in a patient setting, providing essential mental health services in the field of psychiatry.

As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, I graduated from Hunter College in New York, NY, focusing on mental health services along with adult-geriatric primary care. My background highlights include experience at New York University Langone Health, where I worked on post-surgical pain management for patients with co-occurring disorders in the inpatient setting.

Cassandra David is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated in 2018 with a Masters in Social Work from Simmons University. She is licensed in both New Jersey and New York. Cassandra has extensive experience providing mental health services in various settings, including schools, community clinics, and telehealth platforms, where she has served a diverse population with different mental health needs. Utilizing a psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approach, Cassandra assesses and supports her clients’ mental health challenges, including those related to addiction medicine. Understanding that each individual is unique, she tailors her treatment to align with each client's perspective and provides evidence-based tools and support for improved mental health outcomes, which can overlap with aspects of psychiatry.

Andrea Wagner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Rutgers School of Social Work, earning her BSW and then MSW degrees. She has a strong background in mental health services, particularly with individuals struggling with severe and persistent mental illness in both a community-based partial care setting and a community inpatient hospital setting. Additionally, Andrea Wagner has experience as a therapist at Integrity House, where she worked with clients facing challenges related to substance abuse and mental health issues, merging her expertise in addiction medicine with her focus on mental health. Andrea Wagner specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is certified in this effective treatment approach, which complements her knowledge of psychiatry.

Allison MacFadyen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Elizabethtown College and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University. With over 20 years of experience in mental health services, including direct service, supervisory, and program development roles, Allison has specialized in community mental health settings. Her work includes community outreach, emergency crisis screening, supportive housing, and outpatient modalities. Utilizing a person-centered and strength-based approach, she employs techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Principles, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which are also relevant in the context of addiction medicine and psychiatry. Margarita Laquindanum, MSN-PMHNP, RN is an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, ready to embark on a new venture in healthcare specifically as a PMHNP within a respected psychiatric mental health care organization. Education: Master of Science in Nursing: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from West Coast University, 2023-2024. Successfully completed 300 clinical hours focusing on mental health services across the lifespan, including significant experience in addiction medicine.
